§ 51.84 HAULED WASTEWATER.
   (A)   Septic tank waste may be introduced into the sewer system (POTW) only at locations designated by the W.W.T.P. Supervisor, and at such times established by the Supervisor. Such waste shall not violate Article V or any other requirements of the Versailles Sewer Use Ordinance.
   (B)   Haulers of wastewater, whether septic tank waste or industrial waste, shall obtain an annual wastewater hauler permit.
   (C)   Generators of the industrial waste may be required to obtain a discharge permit.
   (D)   The W.W.T.P. Supervisor may collect samples of each hauled load to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. The hauler may be required to provide an analysis of any load prior to discharge.
   (E)   Unless otherwise established by a negotiated contract with the generator of the waste based upon content, fees for hauled septic or industrial waste shall be as follows:

Cooking grease per 1,000 gallons, or portion thereof

(4)
Industrial waste hauled will be considered on a by case basis.
(5)
Industrial waste is subject to surcharge fees established in the Versailles Sewer Use Ordinance.
