All significant industrial users must notify the superintendent within twenty-four (24) hours of first becoming aware of a permit violation. This notification shall include the date of the violation, the parameter violated and the amount in exceedance. Within thirty (30) days of first becoming aware of a permit violation, the significant industrial user must resample analysis to the superintendent, unless the superintendent, on behalf of the city, conducts monitoring of this parameter within that thirty (30) day period.
