§ 31.45 APPOINTMENT; TERM OF OFFICE; DUTIES.

The Chief of Police shall be appointed by the Mayor. He shall be in charge of the Police Department and shall perform the functions of that office as required by the City of Versailles Code of Ordinances and the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
