§ 31.36 ASSISTANT POSITION ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby established the position of Assistant Public Works Director. The Assistant Public Works Director shall be an employee of the city. The Assistant Public Works Director shall act as street superintendent, cemetery caretaker and shall further perform such other tasks and duties as may be delegated by the Public Works Director.
