§ 31.20 ESTABLISHMENT; APPOINTMENT; FUNCTION.
   There is hereby established the position of City Attorney. The City Attorney shall be appointed by the Mayor for a term of two years. The City Attorney shall be the legal advisor for all city departments, the Mayor and the City Council.
