   (A)   For provisions concerning the City Clerk/Treasurer/Tax Administrator, see KRS 83A.085.
   (B)   The office of City Clerk is hereby combined with the nonelected city offices of City Treasurer and City Tax Administrator as permitted by KRS 83A.085.
