§ 30.06 COMPENSATION.

(A) The City Council may adjust City Council's salary each year of its two-year term by municipal order but the salary shall not be greater than the amount stipulated by the Department of Local Government.

(B) The City Council's salary shall be paid in 12 equal payments.
