§ 30.05 AGENDA OF MEETINGS.
   (A)   The agendas for the Council meetings shall be mailed to the Councilmembers on the Friday preceding the regularly-scheduled meeting in order to give the Council an opportunity to study and be prepared for the business to be discussed.
   (B)   All requests to be placed on the agenda must be made to the City Clerk/Treasurer/Tax Administrator before 12:00 p.m. the Friday preceding the regularly scheduled Council meeting and shall include the name of the person(s) presenting or the organization he or she represents as well as a general topic of discussion.
