§ 30.04 TIME OF MEETINGS.
   (A)   The City Council shall hold its regular meetings at 5:30 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month in City Hall. In the event that the first or third Tuesday of the month falls on a holiday that causes the Versailles Municipal Building to be closed, the regular meeting of the City Council shall be on the following Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
   (B)   Special meetings may be called by the Mayor or upon written request of a majority of the Council. In the call, the Mayor or Council shall designate the purpose, time and place of the special meeting with sufficient notice for the attendance of Councilmembers.
   (C)   The agenda for the regular meetings shall be posted on the official website of the City of Versailles, Kentucky not later than close of business on the Friday before the meeting, with the inclusion of language indicating that the agenda is “Subject to Revision.”
   (D)   The City Council shall hold a work session at 4:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month in City Hall. The workshops are for the purpose of discussion and deliberation on future actions of the City Council.
