§ 70.241 SAFETY EQUIPMENT.
   All dockless vehicles operated within the city shall be equipped with:
   (A)   Adequate brakes in good working condition; and
   (B)   At least 1 headlight and 1 taillight, both operational; and
   (C)   Operating authorities shall encourage the use of personal protective equipment including helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads.
