§ 157.10 APPEAL PROCESS.
If a permit is denied in the administrative review process, then applicant may appeal that decision to the Planning and Zoning Commission for further consideration. If that same permit or a request for a permit is denied by the Planning and Zoning Commission, then applicant may appeal that decision to the City Council for further consideration. Such reviews must be completed within the review period set forth in § 157.05(B). Nothing in this section is intended to require exhaustion of administrative remedies or otherwise prevent an applicant from proceeding directly to court or to the Federal Communications Commission following expiration of the § 157.05(B) time period.
