The BID #2 Board of Directors is hereby established. The Mayor shall appoint the members of the Board of Directors, subject to the approval of the City Council. There shall be 5 members of the BID #2 Board of Directors whose terms shall be 3 years, except at time of establishment, in which, 2 members shall serve for a 1 year term, 2 members for a 2 year term, and 1 member for a 3 year term.
