Pursuant to the provisions of SDCL Ch. 9-55, Business Improvement District No. 2 (BID #2) of the City of Vermillion, S.D. is created. A resolution (No. 299-19) of intent to create this district was approved by the City Council on October 21, 2019. The public hearing on creation of the district was held in the City Council Chambers, located at 25 Center Street, Vermillion, South Dakota at 7:00 p.m. on December 2, 2019.
