§ 32.21 DUTIES.
   (A)   The duties of the Chief of Police shall be prescribed by the laws of the state and this code, for the preservation of the peace and order of the city, and any further duties as shall be required of him or her by the City Manager.
   (B)   The duties of each police officer shall be the same as those prescribed for the Chief of Police, except the police officers shall at all times be under the direction and supervision of the Chief of Police.
