§ 32.20 ESTABLISHED; COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT OF EXTRA POLICE OFFICERS.

The police force of the city shall consist of the Chief of Police and other police officers as may be appointed by the City Manager as provided by state law, provided that in case of emergency the Mayor may appoint extra police officers.
