(A) The terms of each member of the Planning Commission shall be for 5 years, except that when this chapter shall take effect, 4 of the members shall be appointed for 5 years and 5 shall be appointed for 3 years.
(B) Thereafter, appointment of each member shall be for terms of 5 years so that there will be overlapping terms. Appointments shall be made at the first regular Council meeting following the annual municipal election.
