§ 32.01 CREATED.
   There is hereby created a Planning Commission for the city with all powers, authorities, jurisdictions, and duties set forth in SDCL Chapter 11-6 and such other powers, jurisdictions, and duties as are incident and necessary to carrying out the purposes of SDCL Chapter 11-6 and this chapter.
