(A) Any person desiring to be licensed as a plumbing contractor or as a plumber or as a water heater or water softener installer or a sewer installer shall make written application to the Building Official.
(B) License fees for plumbing contractors, plumbers, water heater or water softener installers, and sewer installers shall be set by resolution. Payment of the fee shall accompany the license application and is not returnable.
