(A) Generally. Within any mobile home park, the following regulations applicable to water supply and sanitary waste removal shall be observed.
(B) Regulations.
(1) All units in any mobile home park shall be individually served by a connection with the public water supply, an adequate supply of pure water, furnished through a pipe distribution system connected directly with the city water system.
(2) All units in any mobile home park shall be equipped with flush-type toilets and be connected to the city sewer system.
