Each mobile home moved onto a mobile home park lot shall be inspected by the Building Official and an inspection fee paid by the mobile home owner to the Finance Officer prior to occupancy of the mobile home. The inspection fee shall be set by resolution. The inspection shall ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter. Licenses issued under the terms of this chapter convey no right to erect any building, to do any plumbing work, or to do electrical work and are not transferable.
