§ 151.03 ADMINISTRATION; RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR INSPECTION.
   (A)   The administration and enforcement of this chapter shall be under the supervision and jurisdiction of the Building Official.
   (B)   The Building Official shall have the right and is hereby empowered to enter upon any premises on which any mobile homes, travel trailers, or campers are or about to be located and inspect the same and all accommodations connected therewith at any reasonable time.
