§ 150.31 SPECIAL PERMITS; CUTTING OR PRUNING TREES.
   Any cutting or pruning of trees, that needs to be complete before moving any building or structure over the public rights-of-way of the city, must be done under the direction and supervision of a responsible person designated by the City Manager, and the fee for the supervision shall be set by resolution, and the sum shall be paid to the city by the owner of the structure or person contracting to move the same at least 3 days prior to the day on which any structure is moved over a public right-of-way. Trimming shall be done in accordance with pruning standards. If a tree is removed, severely damaged or dies as a result of trimming or as a result of the moving of a building or other structure, the permit applicant shall pay to the city the cost for each replacement tree which is necessary.
