§ 150.29 SPECIAL PERMITS; BOND REQUIRED.
   (A)   Any person moving a structure under the conditions of this subchapter shall first have filed an indemnity bond in an amount to be fixed by the city with sufficient surety to be approved by the Building Official, indemnifying for injury, damage or loss occasioned by the movement of the building or structure described in the application to the streets, the adjacent parking, the trees or shrubs along the streets, the property of any municipal utility, or the property of any person. In lieu of the surety bond, cash may be deposited with the Finance Officer in an amount approved by the Building Official.
   (B)   Any property owner proposing placement of a moved structure shall first have filed a performance bond, in an amount to be fixed by the city, with sufficient surety to be approved by the Building Official to guarantee satisfactory completion of a structure relocation project as required under § 150.27 Conformance.
