§ 150.25 BUILDINGS TO BE ENTIRELY WITHIN CITY.
   No permit shall be issued to any applicant for the erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, enlargement, or extension of any structure which, together with the premises on which the same is situated or to be situated, is not wholly within the corporate limits of the city.
