§ 130.25 DISORDERLY HOUSE.
   (A)   Defined. Every house or resort by which the peace, comfort, and decency of the community is annoyed or disturbed, or in which house any unlawful act is done or performed, is a disorderly house.
   (B)   Keeping and maintaining. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons within the city to keep, maintain, manage, or run any disorderly house, or any room or rooms in a disorderly house, or to aid, assist, or in any manner contribute to the control or management thereof.
   (C)   Inmates. Any person or persons found in a disorderly house shall be deemed, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor.
