(A) Unlawful to keep gaming devices. No person, persons, firm, or corporation shall allow to be kept, exhibited, or used upon his or her premises any gambling device, dice, slot machine, or other apparatus suitable to be used for gambling.
(B) Gambling prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person in the city to play at roulette, chuck-a-luck, poker, monte, dice, or any other game of chance where money or anything valuable is staked.
(C) Keeping gambling home. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to keep, own, conduct, or maintain any house, tent, booth, shanty, room, building, or other place where roulette, faro, poker, keno, or gift enterprise by whatever name it may be called, or gambling device of any character, or game of chance, as provided in division (B) above, is practiced or carried on in the city.
(D) Persons aiding or abetting. It shall be unlawful f or any person or persons to act or to become a frequent visitor, inmate, doorkeeper, solicitor, runner, agent, or abettor of or for any house wherein games or apparatus mentioned in division (C) above are dealt or operated.
