§ 130.01 DISPLAY OF CERTAIN MOVING PICTURE FILMS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for the owner, manager, or operator of any outdoor drive-in moving picture theater to show or display upon the viewing screen at the theater any “X-rated” moving picture film.
