§ 120.12 COSTS INCURRED BY THE CITY IN ADMINISTERING OCCUPATIONAL TAX.
   All costs incurred by the city or the City Finance Officer pursuant to this chapter shall be paid from occupancy taxes collected under this chapter. Administrative costs are not to exceed 2%.
