Pursuant to the provisions of SDCL Chapter 9-55, Business Improvement District No. 1 (BID #1) of the City of Vermillion, S.D. was created. A resolution of intent to create this district was approved by the City Council on February 3, 2014. The public hearing on creation of the District was held in the City Council Chambers, located at 25 Center Street, Vermillion, South Dakota at 7:00 p.m. on March 17, 2014.
