§ 117.04 PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   Fees for all event permits issued under § 117.03 shall be set by resolution of the City Council.
   (B)   Payment of fees tendered by check to the city which if dishonored for insufficient funds, or for any other reason, shall be cause for the City Manager or designee to cancel the permit issued or withhold issuance of additional permits.
