§ 115.49 EAR PIERCING.

If ear piercing is conducted using individually packaged sterilized studs that are inserted using a commercial ear piercing gun and no other form of body piercing is provided, the body piercing artist is required only to notify in writing the City Finance Officer. If the ear piercing gun is reused, it must be cleaned.
