(A) Every taxicab vehicle operated under this chapter shall have a rate card stating the fare rates displayed in such a place as to be in full view of all passengers. A current copy of the rate card shall be provided to the Finance Officer. No rates shall be charged other than those displayed on the rate card.
(B) Activity log. Each taxicab vehicle must keep a daily activity log listing the date, time, trip origination address, and trip destination address. The activity log must be available for inspection by and upon the request of the city. The logs must be maintained by the taxicab business for a period of 1 year.
(C) TNC shall present fare calculation method on their digital network.
