§ 112.26 DELIVERY AND SALE REQUIRED WITHIN CITY.

No holder of a license which permits the sale of malt beverages, as described in § 112.24 herein, shall sell any malt beverages that have not been delivered to the holder of a license permitting the sale of malt beverages within the city for sale within the city.
