It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to purchase, attempt to purchase or possess or consume except when consumed in a religious ceremony and given to such person by an authorized person, alcoholic beverages, or to misrepresent his age for the purpose of purchasing or attempting to purchase such alcoholic beverages from any licensee as defined by SDCL § 35-4-2.
