(A) The Council shall have the power to cancel any license issued by the city for failure of the licensee to comply with any ordinance or regulation of the city or state law respecting the license or the manner of exercise thereof or for other good cause after hearing upon notice of the cancellation of any license.
(B) Upon conviction of a violation of any provision of this code by a licensee relating to the exercise of the license, the Court, in addition to other penalties imposed, may enter its judgment canceling the license.
