§ 96.50 SUPERVISION.

The building, construction, and/or repair of all sidewalks within the streets of the city shall be done under the direct supervision of the Street Superintendent and/or the City Engineer. The construction of all sidewalks shall be according to lines and grades furnished by the City Engineer.
