§ 96.17 OBSTRUCTIONS AT INTERSECTIONS.
   No person hereafter shall place, leave, or keep on any street, road, alley, sidewalk, or other public ground, any article, substance, or thing which may obstruct the free use thereof or obstruct the view of drivers of vehicles approaching within 50 feet of any street intersection.
