§ 96.16 AIR-CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT.
   The discharge of water from air-conditioning, air cooling, or other like equipment upon and/or into the streets, alleys, or public places of the city is hereby declared to be a nuisance. The Building Official shall notify, in writing, any person discharging, permitting or causing to be discharged, water which is, under the provision of § 96.15 declared to be a nuisance, to abate the same within 5 days after the service of the notice, exclusive of the day of service, upon penalty of an amount set by resolution per day for each day’s failure to comply with the notice, together with the cost of abating the discharge of water if the work is done by the city.
