§ 96.10 ANIMALS ON SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall ride, drive, or lead any horse, mule, cow, or other animal upon any public sidewalk.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to picket, hitch, or otherwise fasten any horse, mule, cow, or other animal in such a manner that the horse, mule, cow, or other animal, while so picketed, hitched, or fastened, may cross to or be in or upon the traveled portion of any roadway, pathway, sidewalk, or street.
