§ 96.07 PAVING, GRADING, AND CURBING.
   The paving, grading, and curbing of the streets and alleys shall be done under the direction of the Street Superintendent and the City Engineer. The public improvements shall be done in accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer.
