§ 96.01 DUTIES OF CITY ENGINEER.
   The duties of the City Engineer shall include the preparing of all plans and specifications for and supervision over all contract work undertaken by the city, unless otherwise provided by the Council, and such other duties as may be assigned to him or her by the City Manager.
