§ 94.10 TENANTS’ RIGHTS.
   It shall be a public offense for any owner to evict, harass, or raise the rent of a lessee because he or she has exercised any rights granted by this chapter by filing a complaint against an owner, manager or agent of a dwelling unit or rooming house.
