§ 93.26 RIGHT OF ENTRY IN PURSUIT.
   When in immediate pursuit of any dog found to be at large in the city, the Animal Control Officer or other person authorized to apprehend offending dogs may enter upon the premises of the owner of the offending dog for the purpose of apprehending the dog, provided that for the purposes of this section, the word “premises” shall not be construed to include the inside of any dwelling house or any outbuilding.
