§ 93.05 DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   (A)   The owner of an animal shall not allow the animal to disturb the peace and quiet of the city by barking, fighting, howling, crying, or emitting any other similar sound.
   (B)   The Animal Control Officer of the city is authorized upon complaint of a resident to apprehend or cause complaint against the owner or person in charge of any dog that may be causing a nuisance and impound the dog in a suitable place for the care of animals.
