§ 92.06 SMOKING IN MOTION PICTURE THEATERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any person to smoke or to light matches or mechanical cigarette lighters in any motion picture theater building in the city except in a fully illuminated outer lobby thereof where adequate ash trays and receptacles are maintained and kept, provided that the provisions of this section shall not apply on or to property under the control of the regents of higher education.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motion picture theater in the city and for any managing agent or person in control thereof to permit or allow smoking or the use of matches or mechanical lighters in any part of the theater building except in the outer lobby thereof where adequate ash trays and receptacles shall be kept and maintained.
