It shall be unlawful:
(A) For any person or persons to impersonate a member of the Fire Department during the time of a fire or any other type of emergency;
(B) For any person or persons to willfully hinder, delay, or prevent any firefighter or firefighters in the performance of his or her duties;
(C) For any person or persons to willfully deface, injure, mar, damage, or interfere with any fire apparatus and equipment;
(D) No person shall give, knowingly, a false alarm or false report of a fire in any manner.
