§ 92.01 COMPOSITION OF FIRE DEPARTMENT; BYLAWS AND THE LIKE.
   This organization shall be known as the Vermillion Volunteer Fire Department. Its purpose shall be the protection of life and property from fire and natural disasters that may occur in the city and rural area. The department shall consist of a Fire Chief, a First Assistant Fire Chief, a Second Assistant Fire Chief, and any other officers and fire companies deemed necessary. This organization will be governed by the most current, existing bylaws written by its members.
