(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any violation of the provisions of §§ 90.22 through 90.25 is punishable by the maximum penalty set forth in § 10.99 or a daily fine set by resolution when an emergency is declared. The punishment may also include payment of any assessments, costs and/or restitution authorized by this chapter and/or state law.
