§ 90.18 NOTICE TO REMOVE.
   (A)   The City Manager or his or her designee shall send notice to the occupant, person in charge or owner of any lot, to remove or abate the nuisance described in § 90.16. The notice may be given personally by the City Manager or his or her designee or by mailing the notice to the occupant, person in charge, or owner of any lot.
   (B)   The notice shall provide that each occupant, person in charge, or owner of any lot shall take all necessary steps to remove and abate the nuisance within 10 days of receipt of the notice. The notice shall further provide that should the occupant, person in charge, or owner of any lot fail to remove or abate the nuisance, the city will cause the same to be abated and assess the costs thereof, including an administrative fee for each occurrence and any other costs of levying the special assessment. The administrative fee shall be set by resolution.
