§ 70.201 RECORD OF VIOLATIONS PRESERVED.
   A duly authorized enforcement officer shall keep an account of all violations of the provisions of this chapter, the record to be kept by the Vermillion Police Department shall contain the information as may be required by resolution of the governing body.
